Can I change my plan whenever I want?
If you need more resources, e.g., more chats or bots, you can expand your plan by paying the price difference between the plans for the remaining contract time.
If you need fewer resources, you can also cut back your plan, but we don’t refund the price difference in this case.
Can I cancel my plan? What is the cancellation policy?
Remember too that all our Arkibot plans have a 45-day guarantee period, so if that time has not yet passed, we’ll give you back 100% of the amount you paid.
What information does the invoice contain?
– Our tax details and tax ID number.
– Invoice number and date.
– Details of the person to whom we issue the invoice: Name and surname(s), address, and current identity document.
– Invoice description and detail: Type of plan contracted, discount applied (if applicable) and the contracting period, with start and end dates. You will also see the amount + taxes applied (if applicable).
– Detail of the transaction associated with the payment: Date, form of payment applied, transaction ID, and total amount.
How does billing work?
Renewal invoices are issued 30 days before the service expiry date, or 20 days before if you contract your plan on a monthly basis. You can then check your pro forma invoice and decide if you want to renew your service well in advance. This pro forma invoice for information purposes becomes your final invoice when payment is completed.
Which forms of payment can I use?
If you buy from Spain, you can pay for your services using:
– Debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
– PayPal, by Visa card, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, or by PayPal account balance itself.
If you buy from outside Spain, you can pay for your services using:
– Debit and credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
– PayPal, by Visa card, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, or by PayPal account balance itself.
– If you buy from Colombia, Mexico, or Peru, you can also choose PayU, which offers several forms of payment, including PSE, SPEI, or 7ELEVEN.
In what currency will payments be made?
– If you buy from outside Spain, payment for your services will be made in dollars.
– We do not offer payment using cryptocurrency.
Can I renew the service automatically?
If you pay any plan annually with your credit or debit card, it will be renewed automatically.
