International data transfer

The majority of the data collected by ARKIBOT are processed on servers located in Europe, that is, users’ data is hosted and stored securely on European servers. The users’ data will be processed in accordance with the level of protection required by European regulations. In this sense, ARKIBOT complies with European data protection regulations (GDPR).

However, some data will be collected and processed on US servers. The data protection regulations differ depending on the country, so regardless of where the information is processed, we will apply the same user and customer data protection measures, which are described in this policy.

Communication between users and ARKIBOT takes place over a secure channel. Privacy is important to ARKIBOT. We explain in this Privacy Statement what personal data we collect from our users and how we use it.
