International data transfer
The majority of the data collected by ARKIBOT are processed on servers located in Europe, that is, users’ data is hosted and stored securely on European servers. The users’ data will be processed in accordance with the level of protection required by European regulations. In this sense, ARKIBOT complies with European data protection regulations (GDPR).
However, some data will be collected and processed on US servers. The data protection regulations differ depending on the country, so regardless of where the information is processed, we will apply the same user and customer data protection measures, which are described in this policy.

ARKIBOT allows the creation of a client account free, through the creation of a user name and password. Personal data we collect and how we do it

Security measures
The personal data communicated by the user will be managed by ARKIBOT in automated files of which it is the holder. ARKIBOT has technical, organizational, and security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and quality of the information contained therein, in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations in force.
Communication between users and ARKIBOT takes place over a secure channel. The website includes an SSL certificate, which is a security protocol that provides encrypted protection in the transmission of user and server data. Also included is two-factor authentication, personal information restrictions by level and through password manager.
ARKIBOT’s personnel are specially trained in data protection, as well as being subject to confidentiality clauses and will never have access to the user’s passwords.

Privacy Policy
Privacy is important to ARKIBOT. We explain in this Privacy Statement what personal data we collect from our users and how we use it.
Users’ personal data are respected and safeguarded on the arkibot.com website and on the other websites held by Webempresa, and therefore:
- Data collection is basic, not complex, so the user will never be required to provide personal information, except that necessary to provide the service they require.
- None of our users’ personal information will be shared with anyone, except to comply with the law or if we have their express authorization.

Only Arkibot users and team members (the number will depend on the plan chosen) can access the data and are owners of those data.
Arkibot will never share data with third parties, except when necessary to carry out the provision of our services, such as in integrations through Maker, Zapier, Calendly, and any other tool the client decides to use.
Arkibot does not expose its users’ personal information to any third parties. In case of the use of Dialogflow, the data is sent for the sole purpose of being able to process the chat and its operation.
It should be noted that this Privacy Policy may vary depending on legislative or self-regulatory requirements and ARKIBOT will review it periodically, informing the user of any essential changes that may affect them.
The user is advised to review the Legal Notices and Privacy Policies regularly to keep informed of any changes made.
The principles that will be applied to the processing of user data will be those established by European regulations, whether contracted from Europe or from the USA.
Principle of legality, loyalty, and transparency: The express consent of the user will always be required for contracting or providing the services.
Principle of data minimization: The processing of the user’s personal data will serve the specific purpose for which it has been contracted. The legal basis for the processing of users’ data is the legal, contractual, and commercial interest in providing the services offered by ARKIBOT.
Data retention
The personal data provided will be kept:
- As long as the commercial relationship is maintained and within the periods legally established in the applicable regulations.
- Until its erasure is requested by the data subject.

User’s rights
